Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 kg chicken
  2. 1 cup onion, chopped
  3. 1 cup curry leaves
  4. 10 garlic cloves
  5. 50 ml curd
  6. 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  7. 2 tablespoons Peppercorns
  8. 1 small Cinnamon stick
  9. 2 Cardamom
  10. 1 Bay leaf
  11. 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  12. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  13. 2 Clove
  14. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Coriander leaves, to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, peppercorns, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, dry roast them
  2. Dry roast curry leaves and blend to coarse powder, with above mentioned ingredients
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic. Saute till onion turns translucent
  4. Add in chicken, turmeric powder and curd. Cook for 5 min in medium flame
  5. Then ground powder and salt goes in
  6. Saute well and cook for another 20 min.
  7. Garnish and serve hot
