Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken....500gm
  2. Boiled potato....3
  3. Chopped onion...1
  4. Ginger paste...1/2tspn
  5. Garlic cloves....3
  6. Turmeric powder...2tspn
  7. Curd(home made)...100gm
  8. Green chilli paste...2tspn
  9. Methi leaves paste...2tspn
  10. Red chilli powder...1fspn
  11. Garam masala...1tspn
  12. Flex seeds powder....1tspn
  13. Cumin powder....1/2tspn
  14. Mustard oil....1tspn
  15. Pumpkin seeds powder...1tspn

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, curd, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.Marinate it for at least 1 hour.
  2. Boil potatoes & then keep aside.
  3. Make a paste of onion, ginger garlic, pumpkin seeds & flex seeds.
  4. Now heat 1 tspn oil in a pan & fry the masala paste for few minutes.
  5. After few minutes, add marinated chicken, & all spices.Stir it constantly.
  6. After 10 to 15 minutes add potatoes & some hot water.Cover it & let it boil.
  7. It will take time 20 to 25 minutes more.After that check it.If it is boiled properly, then adjust salt & gravy.
  8. Add garam masala & switch off the flame.Serve it hot with roti or rice.
