Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Small muskmelon 1
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Fresh cream 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1 tbsp
  5. Milk powder 1 tbsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1 drop

Instructions

  1. Discard the seeds and peel the skin ,chop and mash muskmelon .
  2. Grind to a smooth paste without adding water.
  3. Combine the pulp and all ingredient .
  4. Beat well until frothy.
  5. Transfer to a freezer safe bowl and keep it in the freezer for 4 hour .
  6. When it is fully set .
  7. Garnishing with tooty frooty and choco chips and rose syrup .
