Jam Cookies

Ingredients to make Jam Cookies

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup soft unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tesp baking powder
  • 1 cup Castor sugar
  • Jam of any flavour

How to make Jam Cookies

  1. Line a baking tray.
  2. Beat sugar and butter soft and fluffy.
  3. Add egg beat for a minute.
  4. Fold in the seived flour and bkpd.
  5. Refridgerate the dough covered with a plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  7. Make a small lemon sized ball of the dough ,place on tray. Flatten the dough and make a slight indent in the centre of the dough.
  8. Put a little jam,any flavour to your taste.
  9. Bake 170℃ for 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. Remove,let cool, enjoy.
