Daliya is a rich source of protein.Its khichdi is always tasty & healthy too.Topping with some extra cheese for its yummilicious taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Daliya...1cup
  2. Moong dal...1/2cup
  3. Mixed vegetables(peas,carrot,capsicum etc)...1bowl
  4. Choppes onion...1tspn
  5. Ginger paste...1tspn
  6. Turmeric powder....1teaspn
  7. Green chilli paste....1tspn
  8. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  9. Cumin powder...1tspn
  10. Cheese


  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds & let it crackle.Add chopped onion & ginger paste & saute it for a while.
  2. Add moong dal & fry it for few minutes.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Add daliya.
  5. Add all spices.Mix it well & stir it constantly for at least 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, add water.Cover it & let it boil.
  7. Spread grated cheese & serve it hot with salads.
