Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg - 4
  2. Onion - 2
  3. Ginger-garlic paste - 1tsp
  4. Tomato - 1 medium size
  5. Green chilli -2
  6. Cashew nut - 6-7
  7. Currat -10
  8. poppy seeds-1tsp
  9. Milk - 1cup
  10. Salt -as per taste
  11. Suger- as per taste
  12. Cumin powder-1/2tsp
  13. Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  14. Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
  15. Cloves-3
  16. Black pepper-4-5
  17. Cardamom-3
  18. Cinnamon - 1piece
  19. bay leaf-1
  20. Oil-2 1/2 tbsp
  21. Ghee-1 1/2tbsp

Instructions

  1. First boil eggs and remove the core, keep it aside
  2. Next heat oil in a pan and fry slice onion till colour change brown
  3. Now in the same pan add 1tbsp oil and add chopped onion, saute for 2mins
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1min
  5. Next add cashew and saute for 30 sec
  6. Add currat and saute for 30 sec
  7. Next add puppy seeds and mix with it
  8. Last add tomato and fry it for 1min
  9. When the masala is ready, remove it from heat
  10. Blend the masala with some water to make a smooth paste
  11. Heat oil in a pan and add eggs and saute it for 1min, remove from oil and keep aside
  12. In the same pan add ghee, heat it
  13. Add all garam masala and saute for a few seconds
  14. Add the masala and fry it 2mins
  15. Add green chilli
  16. Next add cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and mix it well
  17. When oil is separate from masala then add salt and suger, mix it
  18. Now add milk and mix well with masala
  19. When the masala is cooked well then add boiled eggs
  20. Add some water (if you need) and cover for few mins
  21. When the gravy reaches a thik consistence add 1/2tbsp ghee, mix it with masala, cover the pan for a standing time
  22. Garnish with fried onion
  23. Now serve hot , with roti or paranthas
