Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg 2
  2. Onion 2
  3. Leftover Parota 3
  4. Red chilli powder 3 tsp
  5. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  6. Chicken powder 1 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  9. Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  11. Tomato 1/2
  12. Salt as required
  13. Oil as required


  1. Cut the left over parota into small pieces using knife.
  2. In pan heat oil.add onion.saute it till golden brown.
  3. After add ginger garlic paste.mix well.cook for 5 min.then add beaten egg.stir well
  4. And then add tomato,salt,red chilli powder,soya sauce, chicken powder,tomato sauce.mix well.
  5. Now add parota pieces.mix well.add 1 tsp of water.cook in high flame
  6. Cook for 10-15 min.now add lemon juice and switch off the flame.
  7. Spicy egg fried parota is ready
