ABOUT Paneeri vegetable tart RECIPE

This is a healthy full of protien tart.very tasty,yummy and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 2 tbsp butter
  4. Cold water as required for making dough
  5. 1 cup crumbled paneer
  6. 1/2 cup chop onion
  7. 1 green chilli
  8. 2 cloves of garlic
  9. 2 tbsp green capsicum
  10. 1/2 cup chop mushroom
  11. 7-8 Cherry tomatoes
  12. parsley
  13. 1 cup hung curd
  14. 1 cup cream
  15. 1 egg
  16. salt as per taste
  17. pepper powder
  18. 1 cup grated cheese
  19. flakes
  20. oregano
  21. pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl add salt
  2. Add butter and rub in flour
  3. Take cold water and make dough
  4. Keep 10 min. Covered
  5. Roll down bigger then mould
  6. Roll on rolling pin and put on mould
  7. Set it in mould remove extra dough
  8. Prick it with fork and add taaza in it
  9. Bake for 10 min.at 180 degree in preheated ovan
  10. Mix all vegetables and add salt and pepper
  11. Take curd and cream in a bowl and whisk
  12. Beat eggs and mix in cream
  13. Add all veggies in tart
  14. Pour creamy mixture upon vegetables
  15. Grate cheese
  16. Top with cherry tomato and parsley
  17. Sprinkle some oregano and flakes
  18. Bake for 10 min or till cheese melts
  19. Serve hot
