ABOUT A very staple Dosa with a twist of mysore chutney added to give a flavour of both and made crisp RECIPE

Its roasted well on nonstick with minimal oil and rolled up with a filling too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half kg Dosa mix
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tblspoon schezwan sauce
  4. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  5. 1 tblspoon oil
  6. Water as required to have right consistency to spread

Instructions

  1. Mix little water in dough to get the right consistency.
  2. Heat dosa griddle/non stick tava well.
  3. Start spreading your dough.
  4. Apply the mysore chutney mix slowly cover cook a little bit remove cover lid , remove as it gets crisp.
  5. Optional- spread any filling of choice.
  6. Brush some oil after every dosa flip.
