Ingredients to make Sprouts

  • 1cup Black Channa
  • 1 cup GreenMoongi saboot daal
  • 1 cup boiled corns
  • 1cup green peas boiled
  • 2 medium size boiled potatoes
  • 1cup cabbage cut in 2" strips
  • 1/2tsp. eachSalt, red chilli powder, black pepper, chaat masalla
  • 2-3Lemons

How to make Sprouts

  1. Soak green Daal and black Channas at night after 2-3 wash in fresh water.
  2. In the morning throw that water & wash it again.
  3. Tie all Channas and Daal in clean malmal cloth and hang it, make cloth wet with little water few times in a day for 2 days, we will see sprouts are coming out.
  4. Now take a big bowl mix all sprouted grains and cabbage, peas, corns all Masallas & lemon juice on it.
  5. Mix them properly, serve it in a neat and clean platter.

My Tip:

Most healthiest protein full diet for Healthy, weak, normal and Jim going peoples.
