Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 200g
  2. Onion 1 medium, roughly chopped
  3. Ginger 1 inch, grated
  4. Garlic 4-5 clove, finely chopped
  5. Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Curry leave 2 springs
  7. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  10. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon
  11. To be dry roasted and ground
  12. Peppercorn 2 tablespoon
  13. Coriander 1 tablespoon
  14. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  15. Fennel 1 teaspoon
  16. Dried Red Chilly 2

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add onion and curry leaves. Saute
  2. When onions are lightly brown, add ginger, garlic, and saut for a minute.
  3. Add a tablespoon of the freshly ground spice mix. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add the fresh paneer slices and salt. Stir them up for a minute.
  5. Add coconut milk and simmer the gravy for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add fresh cream and Sprinkle tablespoon of the ground masala and turn off the flame.
  7. Serve it after 15minutes.
