Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soya chunks 1cup
  2. Rice 1cup
  3. Green chilli chopped 2
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  6. Tomato 1no chopped (optional)
  7. Mint coriander leaves few chopped
  8. Boiled Corn 3tbsp
  9. Boiled Green peas 4tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds Bay leaf 1 Cardamom Cinnamon Cloves
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak soya chunks in warm water for 10mins, squeeze and keep aside.
  2. Chop the veggies.
  3. Assemble all the ingredients.
  4. Soak rice for 15-20mins.
  5. Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin seeds and all the whole garam masala.
  6. Add onions, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute.
  7. Add all the veggies and soya chunks. Mix well.
  8. Then add all the spices and mix.
  9. When everything combines well, add the rice and give it a smooth mix. Adjust spices.
  10. Now add water, mix and wait till one boil comes.
  11. Close the lid and cook for 3 whistles.
  12. Switch off and wait till pressure subsides.
  13. Serve hot with raita.
