ABOUT Eggless Pineapple cake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 and a 1/2 cup
  2. 2 table spoon custard powder (vanilla)
  3. Sugar powdered1/2 cup
  4. 1/2 cup sunfower oil or 100gms butter
  5. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  6. 1 tea spoon baking powder
  7. 1/2tsp baking soda
  8. 150ml water

Instructions

  1. Sieve Maida, baking powder, baking soda and custard powder.
  2. In a separate bowl mix powder sugar and butter till creamy and fluffy.
  3. Then slowly add the Maida to the batter using the cut and gold method with a spatula.
  4. Then add water slowly to the batter and mix it properly.
  5. Lastly add 5 drops of essence.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins.
  7. Then put the batter in the baking container and tap it .
  8. Bake for 40 minutes. Decorate as you wish.
