ABOUT Cheesy Basa Fillet Roll with Spinach Coriander Filling RECIPE

This is an exotic recipe of fish. Flavourful marinated Basa fillets are filled with cheese and greens, rolled and pan fried to a perfect starter or a full meal. It is very easy to cook, less time taking and superb delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basa fillet two 8" long
  2. Lime juice 3 tea spoon
  3. Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoon
  5. Oregano half tea spoon
  6. Mixed harb 1 tea spoon
  7. Coriander paste 4 table spoon
  8. Spinach blanched and pureed 6 table spoon
  9. Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon
  10. Chopped onion 2 tea spoon
  11. butter 2 table spoon
  12. Oil 1 table spoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Grated cheese half cup

Instructions

  1. Marinade fillet with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, lime juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add garlic, onion chopped, coriander and spinach paste.
  4. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
  5. Saute. When the mixture leaves sides means it's ready.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and mixed herb on the fish fillet.
  7. Now add the prepared green filling.
  8. Add grated cheese.
  9. Start rolling from one side.
  10. Secure with tooth picks.
  11. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  12. Add the rolled fish and fry both side until golden brown and fragrant.
  13. Take out on an absorbent paper.
  14. Now add some butter in the same pan.
  15. Add garlic chopped and lime juice.
  16. Saute for 1 minute. Sauce is ready.
  17. Pour this sauce over fish rolls.
  18. Serve with salad and lemon wedges.
