Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Finely chopped cabbage,carrots,capsicum,onion- 1 bowl each
  2. garlic paste- 1 spn
  3. Leftover rice- 1 bowl(not compulsory)
  4. Maida and corn flour- 5 spoons each
  5. Salt and black pepper as per taste
  6. oil for frying
  7. onion chopped- 4 spoons(for gravy)
  8. garlic chopped- 2 spoons
  9. Corn flour- 1 spoon dissolved in 4 spoons of water
  10. Soya sauce and vinegar- 3 spoons each
  11. tomato sauce-5 spoons
  12. Green onion leaves and coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables in a chopper and mix them in a bowl with rice, maida, corn flour salt and black pepper, add garlic paste.
  2. Make small balls of it and deep fry till brown in colour.
  3. For gravy- take a pan, add chopped onion and garlic and sauté it for just 1 minute, add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce.
  4. Add mixture of corn flour and water, let boil, add balls and garnish it with coriander.
  5. We can add water in gravy as per our need of Manchurian with gravy or dry Manchurian.
