Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg 3
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. Chicken masala powder 2 tsp
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. Green chilli 3
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil.saute onion till golden brown.add salt,curry leaves and pepper powder.mix well
  2. After add beaten egg.and mix well.cook for 15 min and set it aside
  3. In another pan heat oil add onion.saute it well after add tomato cook till tomato becomes mussy.
  4. After add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.mix well.now add chicken masala powder.add little water and stir well
  5. Cook for 10 min in low flame.after add scrambled egg mixture in it and cook for 5 min.
  6. Spicy egg Burji curry is ready to eat.
