Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Butter 1/2 cup
  3. Salt 1tsp
  4. Baking powder 1tsp
  5. Sugar powered 2table spoon
  6. Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins.
  2. Beat butter and sugar till creamy and fluffy.
  3. Add about 1/3 cup milk and beat again.
  4. Mix the flour mixture zeera, baking powder with spatula and make soft dough, if the mixture is too sticky then you can add little Maida and form a soft dough.
  5. Then take out and cut it accordingly in a round shape.
  6. Place in the baking tray and bake for 10 to 12 mins.
  7. Take a baking tray, use butter paper but do not grease it.Take the dough and form a log shape and cover it with butter paper and put in the freezer for 10 mins .
