Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soaked sabudana 2 bowl
  2. Oil 4tbsp
  3. Potatoes 2 medium
  4. Peanuts 3 tbsp
  5. Onions 2 medium
  6. Tomatoes 1 big
  7. Capsicum 2 medium
  8. Green chilli 1no
  9. Lemon juice 2tbsp
  10. Coriander leaves to garnish
  11. Green chutney 2tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly peel potatoes and cut them lnto small pieces followed by onions,capsicum and tomatoes .
  2. Take oil in a pan add peanuts, fry for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Seperate the fried peanuts into a bowl.
  3. Add pieces of potatoes into the pan and fry them till they become golden brown. Add onions and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add capsicum , tomatoes and continue saute for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the fried peanuts and soaked sabudana and mix it well.
  6. Add green chilli, salt ,red chilli powder, green chutney and mix it well.
  7. Add lemon juice. Remove the pan from gas, add chopped coriander to garnish
