Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup Soya chunks
  2. 1cup basmati rice
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1chopped carrot
  5. 1/2 chopped capsicum
  6. 1chopped tomato
  7. 2_3garlic cloves, small piece ginger
  8. 1green chilly
  9. Coriander chopped
  10. 2_3 cloves,1stick small cinnamon,2_3cardamom
  11. 1teaspoon jeera
  12. 2tejpatta
  13. 1teaspoon red chilly powder
  14. 1tesspoon garam masala+1/2teaspoon pavbhaji masala
  15. 1/2teaspoon haldi
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil 2tablespoon+1teaspoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook basmati rice adding 1&1/2cup water with salt,cloves, cinnamon and cardamom Boil Soya chunks in salted water and drained it Heat oil and ghee in kadai add jeera ,tejpatta Add Ginger garlic paste and slited green chili
  2. Add onion saute for 2minutes ,add carrot saute it,add capsicum, add tomato and Soya chunks saute for a minute Add red chilli powder, garam masala , pavbhaji masala,haldi and 1teaspoon water salt to taste for vegetables mix well
  3. Add coriander and cooked rice and give nice gentle mix.
