Pressure cook basmati rice adding 1&1/2cup water with salt,cloves, cinnamon and cardamom Boil Soya chunks in salted water and drained it Heat oil and ghee in kadai add jeera ,tejpatta Add Ginger garlic paste and slited green chili
Add onion saute for 2minutes ,add carrot saute it,add capsicum, add tomato and Soya chunks saute for a minute Add red chilli powder, garam masala , pavbhaji masala,haldi and 1teaspoon water salt to taste for vegetables mix well
Add coriander and cooked rice and give nice gentle mix.
