Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 8eggs
  2. 6 tbsp Milk
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tesp pepper powder
  5. I medium capsicum chopped finely.
  6. 1 medium onion chopped finely.
  7. 1tesp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip eggs adding salt and pepper.
  3. To the egg mixture add finely chopped capsicum,onion and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Grease and dust with flour a muffin tray.
  5. Spoon the egg mixture to just less than 3/4 of each cup.
  6. Bake at 170℃ for 18 to 20 minutes,until the centre of the egg cup is set and not runny.
  7. Remove cool,your breakfast is ready.
