Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 8 shallots, sliced
  3. 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  5. A pinch of turmeric powder
  6. Salt, required
  7. 2 Tablespoons Oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add eggs and beat for a min. Then add in finely chopped onion, green chilies, pepper powder, turmeric powder & salt. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the laddle and add oil. Gently pour the egg mixture,
  3. close the pan with small plate and cook for few min in low flame.
  4. Take the lid and gently flip the egg to other side and cook for few more min.
  5. Karandi omelette is ready. Serve in banana leaf and enjoy
