Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat Flour 1 Cup
  2. Almonds and Walnuts Powder
  3. Milk Powder 1 Cup
  4. Banana Puree 1Cup (Kerala Banana)
  5. Black Raisins
  6. Milk 1 Cup
  7. Honey 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. WHEAT FLOUR, RAISINS, ALMONDS AND WALNUTS POWDER, MILK POWDER, HONEY BANANA PUREE AND MILK.
  2. MIX ALL DRY ITEMS FIRST NICELY.
  3. MIX BABANA PUREE AND MILK
  4. MIX HONEY.
  5. POURING CONSISTENCY.
  6. MIX FRUIT SALT HALF SACHET.
  7. BEAT NICELY REST FOR 15 MINUTES.
  8. FERMENTED SMOOTH CONSISTENCY.
  9. POUR INTO CILICON CUPS.
  10. REMOVE THE AIR AND GAPS BY TAPING.
  11. PLACE IN PREHEATED HOT AIR FRIER FOR 10 MINS AT 200 DIGREES HEAT.
  12. FIX THE BOWL AND REDUCE HEAT TO 180 DIGREES AND TIME 20 MINS.
  13. CHECK AFTER 10 MINS.
  14. DO TOOTH PICK TEST.
  15. REMOVE FROM MOULDS AND SERVE AFTER COOL DOWN.
