Punugulu is a Andhra snack and common street food. With my innovative ideas and creativity I have innovated new dish which is punugulu dahi vada. It's my original recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli Batter – 1 Cup
  2. Semolina – 1 tbsp
  3. Onion – 1 ( Chopped )
  4. Ginger – ½ inch ( Chopped )
  5. Curry Leaves – 1 string ( Chopped )
  6. Green Chillies – 2 ( Chopped )
  7. Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp ( Chopped )
  9. Salt
  10. Curd – 1 Cup
  11. Imli Chutney – ½ tbsp
  12. Red Chili Powder - ½ tbsp

Instructions

  1. In bowl mix idli batter, semolina, onion, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt.
  2. Heat oil in pan, with the spoon take the batter and pour in oil.
  3. Fry till golden brown.
  4. In bowl take punugulu, pour curd with some imli chutney, red chili powder on it.
  5. Your Punugulu Dahi Vada is ready.
