Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Chicken Keema
  2. 1 cup soy granules
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 3 Green chilies paste
  5. 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoon Red chili
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 2 tablespoons Fried Gram powder(Besan)
  9. Handful of chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
  10. 2 tablespoons Cashew powder
  11. 2 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly Wash and drain the keema, then again make fine paste.
  2. Then soaked soya granules for 5 minutes and squeezed it.
  3. Then in pan put oil heat it then add onion and saute it.
  4. Now add soya granules, salt, Chilli powder and mix it nicely.
  5. When soya granules cooked switch off and keep aside.
  6. Then take bowl put keema, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, red chilli powder, salt, cashew powder and fried gram powder.
  7. Than mix it nicely, if required add gram powder more.
  8. Now take Keema dough and make small balls and take soya mixture and Stuffed into it, like this make all balls.
  9. Now put non stick pan on gas heat it then sprinkle oil.
  10. Now but all keema balls and swallow fry it.
  11. Enjoy with any dip or Chutney.
