Ingredients to make Rohu Fish CutLet

  • 2 pieces fish keema
  • 2 pieces potatoes boiled
  • 2/3 tablespoons
  • 1tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 garom masala
  • salt as per taste
  • olive oil as necessary
  • 7/9 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 ,1/2 onion
  • 3/4 cloves garlic
  • cucumber,1
  • 8/9 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 egg

How to make Rohu Fish CutLet

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients, except oil, breadcrumbs,egg mixed it well.
  2. Take a korai add oil,those mixture also,stir it well.
  3. Remove it,make a shape as you like.
  4. Take a bowl add egg and salt 1/2tsp mix it well.
  5. Add cutlet shapes keep into egg batter.
  6. Keep it breadcrumbs ,cover it well.
  7. Take a pan add oil fry it deeply.
  8. Now it's time to serve hot fish cutlet with salad,thank you

My Tip:

I used it olive oil,you can fry it as your choice.
