Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 100gms
  2. Onion 1 big
  3. Green chillies 4 no
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. Mint leaves little
  6. Coriander leaves little
  7. Cinnamon 1 stick
  8. Cloves 4 no
  9. Bay leaves 4 no
  10. Curd 2 teaspoon
  11. Salt(as required)
  12. Oil 2 tablespoon
  13. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  14. Basmati rice 1 cup
  15. Water 1 1/2 cup
  16. Lemon few drops
  17. Corn (little)

Instructions

  1. Take a cooker add oil and ghee and add raw garam masala
  2. Now add onion fry it add ginger garlic paste and add g.chillies min leaves and coriander leaves fry nicely now add veg ( corn or any other ,I used paneer,so I fried Paneer in pan with little oil and will add once the rice is 3/4 done )
  3. now add coriander powder and curd and finally some drops of lemon juice. Fry everything nicely And add water and salt .
  4. Once water is boiled add rice and allow for one whistle in medium low flame ,and switch off and wait until air releases .now open and add fried pander and give a gentle stir
  5. Now pulao is ready for serving
