Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
  2. 4 Cup roughly chopped Bok Choy
  3. 1/2 each red, yellow, green Capsicum
  4. 5 cloves of Garlic
  5. 2"chopped Ginger
  6. 1 tsp. Sesame oil
  7. 1 tsp.Hoisin Sauce
  8. 1tsp Soya, tomato, red& green chilli sauce,
  9. 1/4tsp. Salt
  10. 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
  11. 1 tsp. Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse Book Choy with cold water and rinse well,cut and throw the lower end and side leaves.
  2. Heat up a wok on a high flames and sesame oil in it.
  3. Now cook ginger garlic and Mushrooms until tender.
  4. -Add Book Choy and stir it for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Now add sauces, salt and pepper and cook for more 5 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat garnish it with sesame seeds and serve it.
