Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 200 grams minced coarsely
  2. Chili piwder 1/2 tbsp
  3. 1 tsp coriander powder
  4. 1 tsp turmeric
  5. 1/2 tbsp onion flakes
  6. 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp chili flakes
  8. 1 tsp oregano
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp Basil powder
  11. 1tsp parsley powder
  12. 1/2tsp cumin powder
  13. 1/2tsp lime juice
  14. 1/2 tbsp oil
  15. For sauce
  16. 3tbsp ketchup
  17. 1 tsp parsley powder
  18. 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  19. 1 tsp mustard paste
  20. 1tsp chili powder
  21. 1 tsp onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the chicken and mince coarsely to this add lime juice and dry ingredients salt and oil mix well keep aside for 20 minutes
  2. Mix well and make balls
  3. Heat the pan add 3 tbsp oil when oil is hot add marinated chicken balls fry until golden brown in color
  4. Fry until golden brown in color
  5. Take a bow add ketchup 3 tbsp 1 tsp onion flakes 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp mustard paste and 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise mix well keep aside
  6. Heat the pan add 1 tsp oil add mixed sauce mix well on low flame
  7. Add parsley powder mix well
  8. Now add fried chicken balls and toss well until it costs well
  9. Switch off the flame serve hot
  10. Yummy chicken balls with sauce is ready thank you happy cooking
