Ingredients to make Daliya

  • One cup broken wheat
  • one cup rice
  • One cup chana daal
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Rai 1/2 tsp
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • chilli 1
  • ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp

How to make Daliya

  1. Wash Dalia ,rice and chana daal n cook it in cooker for fifteen min
  2. Take a pan..Add two spoons oil,rai, jeera,red chilli's,curry leaves,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste n cook for few min
  3. Now add the little turmeric ,salt n little water n cook for few min
  4. Add the cooked grains in it n mix well..Cook welk for ten min n serve healthy khichadi
