Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles 1 pack
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Ginger 1 tsp grated
  6. Carrot 1
  7. Garlic 2-3 pods
  8. Oil 2 tsp
  9. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  10. Soya sause 1 tsp
  11. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  12. Honey 1 tbsp
  13. Seasame seeds 1 tsp
  14. Potatoes 3 big
  15. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  16. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  17. Cornflour 1 tbsp
  18. Green chilli 2
  19. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop vegetables in small pieces
  2. Boil noodles in water till half done,strain it with a strainer
  3. Add oil in it so that it doesn't stick to each other
  4. Heat a pan saute veges in oil
  5. Add tomato sause soya sauce vinegar red chilli powder salt
  6. Add boiled noodles in it.mix it.
  7. Add red chilli flakes .noodles ready
  8. Wash and cut potatoes as fingers
  9. Make cornflour paste
  10. Dip potatoes in paste and deep fry them in oil
  11. In a pan heat little oil crackle seasame seeds. add chopped ginger garlic saute a little
  12. Add water in tomato sause and make a paste
  13. Add this paste to the pan
  14. Add red chilli powder, salt and honey in it
  15. Mix nicely ,let it gets thickened up
  16. Now add potato fingers in it.till it's coated nicely with sause
  17. Honey chilli potatoes are ready to be served.garnish with chopped coriander leaves
