Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup suji rawa
  2. 1/4 cup refined flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TO 1 CUP SUJI RAWA ADD IN 1/4 CUP REFINED FLOUR, USING HoT WATER MAKE A SOFT DOUGH. REST THEM FOR 25 MINS. SPREAD THEM.
  2. FRY IN MEDIUM HOT OIL UNTIL THEY PUFFS UP.
  3. THEY HAVE TO BE GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOR.
  4. YUMMY PANI PURIS ARE READY.
