Mint coriander chutney - nutrional due to Green vegetables

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mint(pudina) 100 gram
  2. Coriander (Dania) 100 gram
  3. Onion 2
  4. Raw mango(kaccha aam) 1
  5. Hari mirch 1
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Coconut grated for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take out the leaves of the mint and coriander .
  2. Now add green chilly,raw mango and onion
  3. Clean and strain the water
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Grind all the ingredients in the grinder. Add little water, it is too thick.
  6. Pour the chutney in glass container.
  7. Garnish the chutney with grated coconut.
  8. Keep it in refrigerator. Will last for 1 week
