ABOUT Mushroom Tikka RECIPE

This is a quick and easy recipe of yummy starters, made with mushrooms for any party occasion like Eid party.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  2. 20 PC's of Mushrooms
  3. 2 Onions cut in halves
  4. 2Capsicum cut in 1/4
  5. 2tsp. roasted Besan
  6. 1tsp. Red chilli powder
  7. 1tsp. Chaat masalla
  8. 1/4 tsp. of Haldi
  9. 1/2 tsp. of Garam masalla
  10. 1/4tsp. Caraway (ajwain)
  11. 1tsp. Ginger and Garlic paste
  12. 1/2 tsp.of Salt
  13. 1/2 tsp. of Corriander powder
  14. 1/4 tsp. of roasted jeera powder
  15. 2tsp. of Lemon juice
  16. Little curd mixed green chutney or green chutney
  17. Oil (of your choice or availability)

Instructions

  1. First of all take a bowl, mix all ingredients with the help of Curd.
  2. It should be combined well and texture should be smooth,then Add Mushrooms, Onion half petals ,and Capsicum 1/4 cubed in it.
  3. Mix it gently & it should be coated well then keep it in refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. Now they are marinated well,take a Skewer and tug one by one.
  5. Now take aflat pan or tawa apply little oil on it then keep your raw Tikkas on it roast all sides and turn it when final texture came.
  6. Now take a serving tray decorate it in your style with tikka, ringed onions and green chutney or curd mix green Chutney, sprinkle Chaat masalla now it's ready to serve.
