My little daughter loves to have these idlis. She can eat them twice or thrice in a day. I think you must try this recipe for your kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Steamed idlis 8-10
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Black pepper powder as per taste
  4. Sambhar masala 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Curry leaves 7-8
  8. Oil 1
  9. Red chilly powder- a pinch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a idli and cut it in 4 pieces. Do the same with all idlis.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil.when oil gets heated,low the flame.
  3. Add in mustard seeds. When mustard seeds gets spulter, add in curry leaves and all masala ingredients.
  4. Saute for a minute on low flame.
  5. Add in idlis and mix well.cook for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
  6. Your masala idlis are ready. Serve hot.
