Crunchy Rice Balls

Ingredients to make Crunchy Rice Balls

  • left over pulao/ biryani/ steamed rice - 2 bowls
  • leftover cooked vegetable - 1 bowl
  • Leaf cody - a few
  • Pizza seasoning - 1 spoon
  • garlic ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped onions - 5 spoons
  • Salt , chilly and dhaniya as per taste
  • Corn flour mix with water - 1/2 bowl
  • Bread crumbs
  • oil for frying
  • mustard seeds

How to make Crunchy Rice Balls

  1. Mix all ingredients except corn flour, bread crumbs and oil to make small balls of it.
  2. Dip these balls in corn flour batter and then in bread crumbs.
  3. Fry them till they turn crunchy and brown in colour.

My Tip:

For better taste you can add a little piece of cheese or pizza cheese in between the balls.
