ABOUT Chocolate hazelnut cake RECIPE

This is a nice moist cake with the crunchy flavour hazelnuts it will fill all the wishes of your kids and the elders too

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dark chocolate 160 gram
  2. Coconut oil 1/3 cup
  3. Coconut milk 1/3 cup
  4. Maple syrup 1/2 cup
  5. Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Hazelnuts 1/2 cup (roasted and peeled)
  8. 4 eggs
  9. Parchment paper
  10. Chocolate fudge (as much as required)

Instructions

  1. Take the dark chocolate melt it with coconut oil and coconut milk ( normal milk can also be used)
  2. Let the melted chocolate rest for a few minutes to make it thick
  3. Now add the maple syrup, vanilla powder , hazelnut extract and salt in the melted chocolate and mix
  4. Take some hazelnuts and grind them in a grinder
  5. Now add the hazelnuts in the chocolate mixture and mix (until ot becomes a little thick )
  6. Beat four eggs and add them to the chocolate hazelnut batter and mix and make the batter perfect ( neither to thick nor to liquidy)
  7. Take a cake mould grease it with coconut oil or normal butter and apply parchment sheet
  8. Bake it at 350 degree for 30 to 35 mins
  9. Now , when its ready add some choclate fudge and some hazelnuts on top of the cake . And now the chocolate hazelnut cake is ready to be served
