Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Ragi flour 250 g
  2. Rice flour 50 g
  3. Peas flour 100 g
  4. Onion 100 g
  5. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  6. Curry leaves small
  7. Ginger and garlic chopped 1 tbs
  8. Oil
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Asafoetida 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS RAGI FLOUR, ADD 100 GMS GRAM FLOUR, 50 GMS RICE FLOUR
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 2 TBSP OIL, MIX WELL
  3. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS
  4. SPRINKLE SOME WATER, MIX INTO A DOUGH
  5. THE DOUGH SHOULD BE SMOOTH & FIRM LIKE THIS
  6. SHAPE INTO SMALL, FLAT ROUNDS WITH OIL GREASED PALMS
  7. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
