In a bowl, add gram flour, yogurt, spinach, puree, salt, sugar, green chilli and ginger paste, add 1 tsp oil and mix well. Grease a plate or dish in a big vessel adding enough water for steaming.
Before pouring the batter into a greased plate. Add fruit salt, lime juice & mix well.
Put in a steamer to cook. It takes 10-12 minutes. Please check using toothpick or knife, that whether it is coming clean.
Once done remove plate and keep aside. Prepare tempering, heat oil in a pan, add black mustard seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chilli.
Pour this tempering on top of the cooked dhokla, cut in shapes and serve !!
