Vermicelli tart with fresh mango & Shrikhand is a dessert recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli - 1 cup
  2. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  3. Powder sugar - 4/5 tbsp
  4. Cardamon powder - 1tsp
  5. Condenced milk - 5/6 tbsp
  6. ghee - 1& 1/2 tbsp
  7. mango cubes - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai add ghee in it ,then add vermicelli & shallow fry gor around 2mins. Next add condensed milk in it & Mex well & cook for 1min.
  2. Take a mould ,pit clean warp init from inside pour the cooked vermicelli in that & shape it like the mould.
  3. Keep the mould in room temperature to become dry.
  4. Take a glass bowl put the hung curd in it ,add powder sugar & cardamom powder,stir it well mix properly.
  5. Then de mould those vermicelli tarts.
  6. Keep it on the presentation plate .
  7. Pour the shirkhand & in middle & finally furnished with mango cubes & cardamom powder .
  8. Serve it.
