ABOUT 5 Minutes Chocolate Muffins RECIPE

Healthy Yummy nutritious chocolate muffins prepared from whole Wheat Flour , always loved by my kid ..happily takes in his tiffin and enjoy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Powder sugar 3/4 th cup
  3. Beaten Eggs 2
  4. Oil 1/2 cup
  5. Cocco powder 1-2 tablespoons
  6. Milk 1/2 cup
  7. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  8. Vanilla / chocolate essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Sift whole Wheat Flour , powder sugar and baking soda , 2-3 times
  2. In a mixing bowl take beaten eggs, essence , milk and oil .
  3. Beat it vigorously for 3-5 minutes till froathy
  4. Now add sifted flour in small amounts in to wet beaten mixture ...gently without lumps
  5. Prepare a lump free batter
  6. By the time keep microwave for preheating
  7. Grease muffins moulds with some oil and transfer ready batter in to moulds till 3/4 th level
  8. Microwave all muffin moulds for 5 minutes on highest temperature
  9. Delicioussssly healthy quick whole Wheat flour muffins are ready to relish ... Enjoy endlessly
