Eating fruits and nuts just like that is not so boring. I tried to get creative and serve it in different style which not only looks appealing but tastes better.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. 2 tsp custard powder
  3. 4 tsp sugar
  4. 1 cup chopped nuts
  5. 1 banana
  6. 6 piece grapes
  7. 5 piece raisins
  8. Green Food colour


  1. Bring milk to boil and reduce it half. Add sugar and chopped nuts and raisins.
  2. In a bowl take custard powder and add some chilled milk in it. Mix it well and pour in the boiling milk. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. When mixture becomes thick remove it and let cool. Add food colour and pour in desired bowl.
  4. Keep in fridge to refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Take the bowl use different food colours to decorate and garnish with fresh fruits and nuts and black raisins. Serve chilled.
