Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boneless Chicken 250 grams
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chillies 6 nos
  7. coriander leaves. a handful
  8. Mint leaves 10
  9. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  10. hung curd 1 tbsp
  11. Juice of one lemon
  12. breadcrumbs as required to coat
  13. Oregano 1 tsp
  14. red chilly flakes 1tsp
  15. Eggs 2
  16. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. make a paste with green chillies , coriander leaves and mint leaves
  2. wash and clean the chicken . marinate it with ginger garlic paste , black pepper powder , garamamasala powder, tandoori masala powder, red chilly powder, salt , hung curd , lemon juice , green chilly paste ,
  3. mix the breadcrumbs with oregano and chilly flakes
  4. beat the eggs with salt and pepper
  5. now dip the marinated chicken piece in d beaten egg and roll over the breadcrumbs
  6. refrigerate the coated chicken pieces for about 10 mins
  7. shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown
