Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup Rawa
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. 1 pinch cooking soda
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Curry leaves 7
  6. 2 tsp coriander
  7. 1 green chilly mild spicy
  8. 1 cup roasted peanuts
  9. 1 pinch sugar


  1. Mix rawa, soda, salt and 1 cup curd. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Add water till desired consistency is reached. Not too thick not too thin.
  2. Grease mini idli pan and pour the idli batter. Steam for 8 minutes.
  3. Take peanuts, coriander leaves, curry leaves , curd, salt, sugar and blend till you get smooth paste. Keep in frigde for chilling.
  4. Serve hot idli with chilled peanut chutney.
