Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet salty biscuit
  2. 4 tablespoon besan
  3. 1 teaspoon ajwain
  4. 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoon kashmiri Mirchi
  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  7. 1 shimla Mirchi cut in cubes
  8. 6 baby Onion peeled
  9. 2 tablespoon curd
  10. 1 tablespoon Oil for shallow frying
  11. 1 tablespoon Chaat masala for sprinkling


  1. Take bowl put Besan, curd, ajwain, lemon juice, Kashmiri Mirch, turmeric powder mix it nicely.
  2. Than add shimla Mirch, Onions and biscuits and on non stick pan swallow fry it.
  3. Then in toothpick arrange it.
  4. After that sprinkle chat masala.
  5. Your biscuit tikka is ready for serving to your kiddos in this summer vacation.
