Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Rava
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1 cup buttermilk
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 tablespoon peanuts
  6. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  7. 1 pouch eno
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1 Teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Take bowl put Rava add salt and make batter with buttermilk, then keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Dry roast peanuts.
  3. Then in pan put oil heat it then add potato, salt, garam masala, red chilli and saute it for 1 minute.
  4. Now take rava mixture and add eno and mix it nicely.
  5. Then take microwave bowl put Rava mixture in it and sprinkle peanuts, red chilli powder then on micro baked it for 4 minutes.
  6. Liked this made all Idlis.
  7. Now take one Idli spread potato mixture and put another Idli on it.
  8. Idli sandwich is ready for relishing.
