ABOUT Paneer Masalla RECIPE

Ramadan and Eid Receipes.A delicious recipe of paneer, especially for Eid, that can be served with just some roti or paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gram Paneer(fried)
  2. 2 grinded onions
  3. 3 big fresh tomato puree
  4. 1/2tsp. eachSalt, turmeric, red chilli powder (grinded)
  5. 3 cloves,2" cinamon stick, 10 black pepper
  6. 2 each Greenb and blackcardamom(grinded)
  7. 1/2 tsp.garam masalla
  8. 1 big bowl Refined oil
  9. 1 small bowlFresh green Corriander leaves
  10. 1 star anise

Instructions

  1. Switch on gas and keep pan on it with oil when it becomes hot then put paneer cubes in it ,fry them& take it out on kitchen towel.
  2. Now take another pan put 2 tbsp.oil in it then onion paste and ginger-garlic paste let them fry put all whole grinded masalas in it too.
  3. When it's colour changes then put fresh tomato puree in it with turmeric and red chilli powder & salt stir it until it leaves surface of pan.
  4. Now put Kasoori methi and fried Paneer pieces, stir it v.softly.
  5. Now it's time for serving take a serving plate take out paneer pieces from it & keep it on plate with little masalla on it
  6. Garnish it with finely chopped Coriander leaves.
