ABOUT Healthy Dahi Bada RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat bread 4 slice
  2. 1 cup curd- beaten
  3. Salt and pepper for seasoning
  4. 1 chopped green chilly
  5. 1 chopped onion,
  6. Tamarind chutney - 4 big spoon
  7. Mint chutney - 2 spoon
  8. Pomegranate seeds
  9. 1 chopped tomato
  10. 2 spoon of chat masala
  11. 2 spoonfull of chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Smash the breads with the help of a little water. Add chopped tomatoes, onion, chillis, coriander, chat masala, salt, pepper and mix well. Make 4 balls out of it and freeze for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, directly place the balls on the serving plate. Add curd to cover all the balls, add mint and tamarind chutney, salt, some chat masala.
  3. Decorate the dish with chopped coriander and Pomegranate seeds.
