ABOUT Fish fry RECIPE

This is perfect for iftari, delicious snacks made with fish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gram fish
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 1 spoon turmeric powder
  4. 1 and half spoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 spoon coriander powder
  6. 1 spoon ginger -garlic paste
  7. 1/2 lemon juice
  8. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the fish with water.
  2. Put all spices except oil on the fish.
  3. Marinate the fish and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan put oil and fry fish both sides till dark brown colour.
