ABOUT Stuffed Buns RECIPE

Hot stuffed Buns.. Learned this from some other group but gave it a twist of mine.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Yogurt 3 Tbsp
  3. Baking Soda 1 Tsp
  4. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  5. oil 2 tbsp
  6. Basil herbs Sesame seeds
  7. Fresh coriander
  8. Chilli flakes
  9. For stuffing :- Onion 1 chopped
  10. Garrlic 3 cloves
  11. Peas 1/2 cup boiled (i have used frozen)
  12. Kasoori methi
  13. Amchoor powder

Instructions

  1. Saute stuffing ingredients in a tbsp of oil and seasoned with salt and chilli flakes.
  2. In a bowl take yogurt and add baking soda and baking powder, mix it well and rest it for 5 minutes.
  3. Sift flour in another bowl and add salt and chilli flakes to it. Add oil and yogurt mix to it and mix well
  4. It will form a sticky dough. Oil it well and Cover it with cling film nd leave for proving in warm place.
  5. It will almost become double in size after about 1 hour.
  6. Now gently press the dough and make six equal balls of it. Stuff each ball with the mixture.
  7. Place in greased muffin moulds. Brush with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and cover and leave for second proving.
  8. Preheat the oven at 400°F and Bake buns for 20 minutes buns or until golden from top.
  9. Enjoy hot shot buns as morning or evening snack with a cup of tea or soups.
