Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. paneer 100 gms cut into 1 inch slices
  2. hung curd 1/2 cup
  3. chaat masala 1 tsp
  4. tandoori masala 1 tsp
  5. mint leaves 10
  6. coriander leaves
  7. green chilli 2
  8. garlic 2 pods
  9. salt as per taste
  10. cornflour 1 tbsp
  11. oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. make hung curd by hanging the curd in a Muslim cloth for 1/2 hour
  2. make a paste using mint leaves,coriander leaves,green chilli and garlic
  3. add hung curd,masala paste,Chaat masala,tandoori masala,salt and oil together
  4. add paneer slices and well coat it with the paste
  5. u can grill or simply cook in a nonstick pan both the sides till golden colour for 5-6 mins
